This project involved the design of a flexible workspace for an established and growing web development company. Working with a small budget and minimal interventions to the base building, the project was mainly additive. BFA’s design maximizes an open studio environment with North and East exposures, while utilizing flexible perimeter spaces that can be programmed as breakout spaces or sub-leased as needed. White Cedar wall cladding was designed to soften the bright daylighting and integrate with the building’s well-worn industrial backbone.
